About The Processor
The processed onion and garlic products supplied by The Sabor Co. have been processed by Jain Farm Fresh Foods Limited, the second-largest dehydrated onion processor in the world.
Working with about 5000 farmers across Maharashtra, the Jain group processes close to 54000 metric tonnes of onions into various types or formats.
Farmer welfare, environmental safety, traceability, good agricultural practices (GAP), and food safety are the top priorities for Jain Farm Fresh throughout its operations.
GMP, HACCP, SPC, Food Safety, and other quality management systems are applied throughout manufacturing and storage.
Their production facilities are accredited with ISO22000 and the food products being manufactured are Kosher and Halal certified.
Farm Inputs
Fertilisers utilised during cultivation include Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium. Pesticides include Metalaxyl, Lambda-cyhalothrin, Copper oxychloride, and Deltamethrin.
