Single Origin Garlic Powder – Coarse or Granulated

This single origin garlic powder has been produced using garlic crops grown in the Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh, India.

Grown by a marginal farmer on a 10-acre ancestral land with other crops including soybean, poppy seed, psyllium husk, coriander seed, fenugreek seed, mustard seeds, and nigella seeds.

This powder has a coarse, salt-like consistency and can add a nice garlic flavour to your recipes that call for fresh or dried garlic. It works like a charm for making your rubs and garlic butter.

Keep in mind that garlic powder is more potent than fresh garlic, so you need to use it sparingly. You can start with less and do a taste test before adding more.
