Harvested in early 2024, these coriander seeds have been sourced from the Nagaur region of Rajasthan.
Grown on a 50-acre family-run farm amongst other seed spices including cumin, mustard, and carom seeds, these coriander seeds are greenish in colour as they have been harvested slightly earlier than the brown variety.
These coriander seeds have a milder and fresher flavour than the brown, fully matured seeds, which tend to have a stronger, nuttier flavour.
The farmer, Ramsukh, and his family are third-generational farmers based in the Nagaur district of Rajasthan, which is known to be one of the largest producers of seed spices in India and is also home to the best fenugreek leaves or kasuri methi variety, known as Nagauri pan methi.
This product has been packed in Australia using imported Ingredients from India.
