Single Origin Malana Fennel Seeds

Obtained from the bright yellow flowers of the Foeniculum vulgare plant. The plant is allowed to complete a flowering cycle and then the seeds are removed from the dried flowers. 

Harvested in mid-2022, this lot of fennel seeds have been grown in Malana, Banaskatha, Gujarat, India at our farmer partner Mr. Jignesh Brahmbhatt’s 5-acre property.

Other crops grown on a rotational basis at his farm include wheat, mustard, and various kinds of lentils.
