Single Origin Nagaur Brown Mustard Seeds

Freshly harvested in mid-2022, these brown mustard seeds have been procured from our farmer partner in Dangawas, a village in the Nagaur district of Rajasthan, India.

Grown in the intense heat and desert soils of Rajasthan, home to India’s largest desert – Thar Desert also known as The Great Indian Desert.

This lot of brown mustard seeds has been ethically sourced from Mr. Rameshwar’s farm who along with 5 other family members manages a 12-acre farm where they grow a number of crops including fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, lentils, and pearl millet on a rotational basis.
