Commercially manufactured fine onion powder made from white Indian onions that have been sourced from farms across the state of Gujrat.

These onions have been procured directly from farms, cleaned, cut, dried, toasted, and then ground into a fine powder.

Manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility by Jain Farm Fresh, a leading food manufacturer in India that also happens to be the second-largest dehydrated onion products manufacturer in the world, processing close to 54,000 metric tonnes of dehydrated onions on a yearly basis.

Farmer welfare, environmental safety, traceability, good agricultural practices (GAP), and food safety are the top priorities for Jain Farm Fresh throughout its operations.

GMP, HACCP, SPC, Food Safety, and other quality management systems are applied throughout manufacturing and storage.
