Our Products are not available for persons under the age of 18 years old to purchase online and/or any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.

By visiting our website and accessing the information and content presented including but not limited to making an online purchase, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions as set out below. These Terms and Conditions as well as Disclaimers as presented, have been created to ensure our obligation of Privacy Protection, Data Accuracy, and offer a safe and reliable platform to every person accessing our website. By agreeing to these terms, you are agreeing to be solely responsible for your actions and choices.
These Terms and Conditions stand true and valid in line with Industry regulations and abiding law however you acknowledge and understand these may be amended from time to time. ORDERING OF PRODUCTS
Our products can be ordered online via our eCommerce Platform on our Website or by way of accessing our product range through third-party websites and eCommerce platforms.
An order is defined as your intent to exchange monies for our goods and/or your expression of interest in our product range whereby you agree to what we offer, at a price that we display as well as delivery charges specified in the details of that order.
An order will be classified to stand true and valid when you agree to supply the requested information deemed necessary to complete the order transaction. This information includes but is not limited to Name, Address, Email, Phone Number, Credit/Debit Card Information, Company Information, etc.
We reserve the right to accept and process your order or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, the product/s being out of stock, an error in the price or an error in the product description, an error in shipping information or where we deem an order to be fraudulent or suspicious activity.
When you place an order for our products through third-party eCommerce platforms, your contract with The Sabor Co’s obligation to you only comes into effect when we accept your order in writing once payment for this has been confirmed.
REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
100% Customer satisfaction and excellence in our product quality for our customers is of utmost importance and whilst we strive to achieve this for every order, sometimes this may not be the case.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the product/s received or are in possession of a damaged product and/o incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will gladly issue you a refund or store credit.
For a full refund, please:
- Send us an email at contact@thesabor.co with a photo of the issue as well as proof of purchase
- The product in question must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund.
- Pay the return postage for the purchased item/s.
ONLINE ORDERS - CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to make amends to any online orders and/or cancel the order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
We aim to offer excellence not only in our product quality but also in service delivery. For this, we process our orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them.
When making amends to an existing order please note there may be irreversible fees that we may be unable to offer a refund on due to the cancellation of your order.
MISSING ITEMS
If any item is missing from your online order, where we have not notified you of this being unavailable in the quantity requested or is out of stock, in order to receive refunds, replacements, or store credits for the same, please notify us of this within 72 hours of receiving your delivery complete with proof of purchase and images of order received. We are unable to offer any refunds, replacements, or store credits past 72 hours from the time of receiving your order.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY
Depending on the size, weight, and shipping address of your order, all shipping costs will be calculated at checkout unless we offer a flat postage rate. Our orders are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours of order placement and we use Australia Post Parcel Delivery Service or a similar service provider, either Standard Post or Express Post or an equivalent to dispatch your order, providing a tracking number where applicable and possible.
When placing an order, please ensure you provide an accurate delivery address as well as clear instructions on how best to handle your order in the event there is no person available to receive your order physically. The Sabor Co. assumes no responsibility for damage or loss of your order including damage to perishable items as well as spices sensitive to weather conditions due to providing the incorrect address and/or delivery instructions.
Whilst every effort is made to pack and dispatch your goods in a safe manner to ensure quality is maintained, there are factors beyond our control that may impact the final product when in transit. This includes but is not limited to third-party courier companies handling the product, fire, floods, strikes, accidents, war, embargoes, riots, or from any other cause that is unavoidable or beyond our reasonable control. Therefore we are unable to offer any guarantees or warranties for the state of the goods throughout the freight process.
PRICES AND PRODUCTS
We are constantly reviewing our prices to ensure we are offering premium quality products at a competitive price to our customers however from time to time, our prices may change. All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable by law.
The prices displayed on our website may be different from those displayed by third-party eCommerce websites or our stockists. The Sabor Co. has no control over pricing determined by any of these third-party websites or stockists.
PRODUCT AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Whilst we do our best to provide a detailed description of every product including its benefits and images, in no event shall The Sabor Co, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages related to the products sold.
Customers and potential customers are encouraged to do their research to assess the products being sold and whether these are right for them to purchase and consume.
ALLERGEN ALERT
We make every effort to ensure the food products we sell are processed, packed, and stored carefully to avoid any contamination with allergens, traces of allergens, or bi-products of the following: peanuts, nuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, seeds, soybeans, and soy products, egg, pollen, and bee products, preservatives, gluten and cereals containing gluten, wheat, rye, barley oats, spelt, dairy, fish, crustacea, and other products that may behave as allergens to certain people.
However, it should be noted that we don’t provide any warranties about our products being completely allergen-free.
PACKAGING
The Sabor Co. will use bubble wrap, plastic bags, and cardboard boxes to pack and send orders. By ordering on this site you agree to have us pack the goods the best way we see fit.
GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Sabor Co. gift vouchers offer a validity of three years from the time of purchase These can be redeemed to their full value or partially redeemed on our website. Any unused value of the voucher can be redeemed within three years of the validity of the voucher.
Our Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase another voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our terms and conditions are regularly reviewed and may change from time to time with immediate effect. By using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
SECURITY
The Sabor Co. assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any and all activities, which occur under your email address and password. Where you notice unauthorised use of your email address or any other breach of security, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible.
Under accepted codes of conduct operating within the banking industry, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than a certain amount of fraudulent charges, unless your actions have contributed to the unauthorised use of your credit card.
COMMENTS
The Sabor Co. is not responsible and shall have no liability to you, with respect to any information or materials posted by others, including defamatory, offensive, or illicit material. Likewise, you agree to not use any obscene, indecent, or offensive language or engage with any material that is false, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or hateful towards The Sabor Co. or its employees.
Failure to adhere to the above, you may be subject to civil and criminal liability.

When you order products through our website, we collect information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or any other information that allows us to fulfil your order.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
You may order products through other persons not affiliated with The Sabor Co. (“Seller”). All matters concerning the products obtained from Seller, including but not limited to purchase terms, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance, and delivery, are solely between you and Seller. The Sabor Co cannot make any warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to what you are provided by Sellers.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will the Sabor Co. be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages or loss of profits that are directly or indirectly related to the use of or the inability to use, The Sabor Co.’s website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or that such damages were foreseeable.
Where The Sabor Co. is unable to exclude liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition by virtue of any statute, then its liability shall be limited to: In the case of products supplied by The Sabor Co., any one or more of the following:
(i) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; (ii) the repair of the goods; (iii) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or (iv) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or in the case of services supplied or offered by The Sabor Co.
(i) the supplying of the services again; or (ii) the payment of the cost of having these services supplied again.

The Sabor Co. expressly disclaims the accuracy of all descriptions and specifications of the products the currency, accuracy, or completeness of any Content or any information provided by third parties on or through The Sabor Co.
We will not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or economic), however, caused and whether by negligence or otherwise, which may result directly or indirectly from any such information.
We do not warrant that any information obtained from or through this website is free from computer viruses or other faults or defects. We under no event can be held liable for any viruses, or malicious computer code transmitted on or through our website.
