Single Origin Nagaur Yellow Mustard Seeds

Freshly harvested in May 2022, these yellow mustard seeds have been procured from our farmer partner in Dangawas, a village in the Nagaur district of Rajasthan, India.

Grown in the intense heat of Rajasthan, home to India’s largest desert – Thar Desert also known as The Great Indian Desert.

This lot of mustard seeds have been ethically sourced from Mr. Rameshwar’s farm along with 5 other family members who manage a 12-acre farm where they grow a number of crops including fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, lentils, and pearl millet on a rotational basis.
