The Sabor Co. specialises in farm traceable, single origin spices. We procure all our spices directly from farmers across India and then further process, package and transport the produce while following principles of product traceability and transparency.

Customers get access to farm-level information through our unique product packaging, each label will provide information about the farmer, farm location, farm altitude, the varietal and grade of the spice, and most importantly the harvesting date, this information is currently completely missing from the market and this is where The Sabor Co. has decided to step in and make a difference.

Each spice pack also contains a QR code that allows consumers to get detailed information about the farmer responsible for growing the produce and also the farm inputs that have been used. 

Our warehouse and office are based in Sydney, Australia and we deliver our products Australia-wide using AusPost.
